Accounts & connections

Does Adsly need my ad account credentials?

No. OAuth only — the same flow you already use for any trusted tool. Revoke in one click from your Accounts tab.

Which platforms are supported today?

Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads (including YouTube, Search, Shopping, and Performance Max) at launch. TikTok connector is next. LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit rolling out after that.

What if my OAuth token expires?

A background job refreshes tokens automatically. If a refresh fails we email you and surface a red chip on the Accounts tab.

Can I connect multiple ad accounts per platform?

Yes — one Adsly workspace, many ad accounts. Plans cap by total ad spend, not account count.

Data & security

Where is my data stored?

Encrypted at rest in Postgres (Neon) in our US-East region. Platform access tokens encrypted with AES-256-CBC.

Is my data used to train models?

Never. Your data is yours. We use Anthropic Claude which has zero data retention on API traffic.

Are you SOC 2 compliant?

Type II audit in progress — full report available on the Scale plan today; expected by Q3.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account. Wipes everything within 7 days, confirmed by email.

AI behaviour

Will the AI change my ads without me approving?

Only if you set up an auto-pilot rule and explicitly turn it on. Otherwise every recommendation needs a tap.

What model powers the chat?

Claude Opus — the bird is grounded in your real data through 6 tools: performance queries, creative vision, market research, and more.

Can the bird be wrong?

Yes. Every plan ships with explicit kill criteria. Treat suggestions like a smart junior analyst, not gospel.

How does pricing work?

Flat monthly tier, capped by ad spend. No seats, no overage. See the pricing page.

Is there a free trial?

14 days on Growth, no card required.

Refunds?

First 14 days, full refund. After that, prorated.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Prorated, no fees. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
