Delete your data.
In accordance with Meta, Google, and applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), you can request the full and permanent deletion of your Adsly account and all associated data at any time.
TL;DR
Go to Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account. Everything is purged within 7 days, confirmed by email. No hoops, no retentions attempts.
How to delete your account
Sign in to Adsly
Go to app.adsly.app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
Open Settings → Data & privacy
Tap your profile → Settings → scroll to Data & privacy section.
Request deletion
Tap "Delete account & all data". You'll be asked to confirm with your email address.
Confirmation email
You'll receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. Everything is purged within 7 days.
Common questions
What data gets deleted?
Everything: account info, ad performance history, chat transcripts, OAuth tokens, and any generated plans or creatives.
Can I recover my data after deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep your history, export it first from Settings → Data & privacy → Export.
Do you remove my data from Meta/Google too?
We revoke our OAuth tokens immediately. We don't control data stored directly by Meta or Google — contact them separately.
What if I can't sign in?
Email hello@flyadsly.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address on the account.

Email hello@flyadsly.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account. We'll process it within 48 hours.
